Missed (Non-Cancelled) Appointments/Late Arrival Policy

All clients are required to keep a current credit/debit card on file & a non-refundable $45 deposit is required to book and confirm all appointments. The deposit is used as a guarantee for your appointment and will be applied toward the cost of your follow-up service OR carried over to be used at a future appointment and deducted from the total cost of your procedure, provided you meet the cancellation and reschedule policy requirements. Should you not show up, arrive more than 15 minutes late OR cancel/reschedule without 24 hour notice, your deposit will be forfeited.

We understand that occasional missed appointments can occur for a variety of reasons. When you miss an appointment without canceling, someone else who could have been seen in your place is delayed unnecessarily. We track missed (non-cancelled) appointments. A “No Show/Late Cancellation” is defined as missing an appointment without cancelling at least 24 hours before scheduled time. There will be a non-refundable $45 charge for a missed or non-cancelled appointment charged to the card used to book your appointment. If a $45 deposit was required to book your appointment you will forfeit your deposit and it will become non-refundable. It will not be redeemable towards any future services.  An additional $75 charge will be assessed for two consecutive missed appointments. No refunds will be given.

Further, If you have prepaid for a series of treatments in a package and you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice OR if you do not arrive for your appointment, you will forfeit that treatment within the series/package and it will be deducted from your available treatments. When appointments are missed without canceling within a 24 hour period, someone else who could have been seen in your place is delayed unnecessarily. No refunds will be given.

 Appointment Grace Period

A grace period of 15 minutes will be permitted for unforeseen delays a client may encounter while traveling to the clinic location for their appointment. If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late for their appointment, the patient will be given the option of either being seen that day as a walk-in if the schedule permits, or rescheduled for a later date. If you are late and decide to reschedule and have prepaid for a series of treatments in a package you will still forfeit that treatment within the series/package and it will be deducted from your available treatments. When appointments are missed without canceling within a 24 hour period, someone else who could have been seen in your place is delayed unnecessarily. No refunds will be given. If you are more than 15 minutes late and decide to be seen as a walk-in, we will try to fit you in but cannot guarantee how long the wait will be. This process will ensure clients that do arrive on time are seen in a timely manner.
