We operate a strict 24 Hour Cancellation/No-Show Policy. We do require a $150 non-refundable deposit for scheduling and/or consultations - it is mandatory. If you continue with a treatment, the $150 will be credited towards the service for up to 90 days. If you do not move forward with a treatment/service, the $150 will not be refunded. As per policy, we require a credit card on file. As a courtesy to our patients and team members at Body Sculpt 360° Aesthetics & Holistic Health, please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment; otherwise, you will incur the $150 Non-refundable Charge. This $150 No Call, No Show Charge will not apply to future treatments or credit. Any/All Treatments, services, gift cards, and other credits are non-refundable, non-transferable to another client or patient, product, treatment, or service. It cannot be redeemed for cash, credit chargeback, or health spa credit. There is a 3-12 month minimum for all memberships. Canceling before 3-12 months will incur a $150 charge, including any outstanding balances owed. Payment for treatment(s) is expected during service for all charges toward upcoming visits and any previous balances (ex, $150 cancellation, late, no-show fees). We accept Tap Payments, Apple Pay, Visa, Master Card, and American Express. Gratuity or additional monetary tips for services and treatments is never expected nor required but always appreciated.
We reserve the right to charge for missed, rescheduled, or canceled services within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. We reserve the right to charge for consultations, appointment deposits, and memberships canceled before the 3-12 month commitment. No refunds will be given.
We understand that occasional missed appointments can occur for a variety of reasons. When you miss an appointment without canceling, someone else who could have been seen in your place is delayed unnecessarily. We track missed (non-canceled) appointments. A “No Show/Late Cancellation” is defined as missing an appointment without canceling at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. There will be a non-refundable $150 charge for a missed or non-canceled appointment charged to the card used to book your appointment. An additional $75 charge will be assessed for two consecutive missed appointments. No refunds will be given.
Further, If you have prepaid for a series of treatments in a package and you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice OR if you do not arrive for your appointment, you will forfeit that treatment within the series/package. It will be deducted from your available treatments. When appointments are missed without canceling within a 24-hour period, someone else who could have been seen in your place is delayed unnecessarily. No refunds will be given.
In-Person Consultation
A consultation fee of $150 is charged by our Aesthetic Practitioners for their time, expertise, and advice during a consultation session. This compensation compensates them for the time spent assessing the client's needs and offering guidance or recommendations.
To secure the day and time of your consultation, we will charge a $50 deposit that will be applied to your procedure cost when you schedule your procedure and treatments. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of your appointment and will be applied to your procedure cost when you schedule your procedure and treatments. We want you to learn more about our practice, explore your procedures of interest, and decide which treatments will be best for you without money being a deciding factor, which is why we keep our fee at $150.
In-Person Consultation- Choose this option for consultation only without same-day procedure. If you decide you would like a same-day procedure on the day of your consultation, please inform your practitioner, and if scheduling allows, we will accommodate you with a same-day procedure.
In-Person Consultation W/Same-Day Procedure

In-Person Consultation W/Same-Day Procedure—Choose this option for those who are undecided about which option is best and who need a recommendation in consultation but would like a same-day procedure.
The In-Person Consultation W/Same-Day Procedure option is for a 2-hour appointment window specifically for consultations and same-day procedures. One of our customer service agents reads this disclosure to you before scheduling your appointment via phone and displays it in clear view for your convenience when booking online. Please do not choose this option if you do not want a same-day procedure. If the In-Person Consultation W/Same-Day Procedure option is booked and you do not receive a same-day procedure, an additional non-refundable inconvenience fee of $300 will be charged to compensate for lost wages and time where another client could have been scheduled.
Appointment Grace Period
A grace period of 15 minutes will be permitted for unforeseen delays a client may encounter while traveling to the clinic location for their appointment. If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late for their appointment, the patient will be given the option of either being seen that day as a walk-in if the schedule permits or rescheduled for a later date. If you are late and decide to reschedule and have prepaid for a series of treatments in a package, you will still forfeit that treatment within the series/package and it will be deducted from your available treatments. When appointments are missed without canceling within 24 hours, someone else who could have been seen in your place is delayed unnecessarily. No refunds will be given. If you are more than 15 minutes late and decide to be seen as a walk-in, we will try to fit you in but cannot guarantee how long the wait will be. This process will ensure that clients who arrive on time are seen in a timely manner.
