WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for most products unless they are out of stock. Pickups are available during the following hours:

Tuesday – Friday: 12 PM – 6 PM
Saturday: 11 AM – 3 PM

Shipping Fees

We offer shipping at the following rates:

Priority Mail Express®: Next Day to 2 Days
Priority Mail®: 1–3 Days
USPS Ground Advantage®: 2–5 Days
UPS Ground 1-5 Days
UPS Overnight (Next Day)

Shipping prices may vary depending on the weight of your order. Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

All delivery times provided are estimates and may vary. While we strive to meet delivery expectations, delays due to the carrier are beyond our control.

Shipping Restrictions

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
Certain shipping methods may not be available for all items.
Orders only ship on business days: Tuesday – Friday.
Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.

If you are purchasing a subscription, deliveries will be made based on your selected schedule: weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently do not offer international shipping.

How I Lost 33 Pounds with the New Wave Weight Loss System And Kept It Off

I was skeptical about the New Wave Weight Loss System, but after losing 33 pounds, I can confidently say it worked for me.
