This Order Processing & Fulfillment Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and should be read alongside our main Terms & Conditions. Please carefully review this policy when purchasing our products, as it applies to any order you place with us.


ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT TIMES

We are committed to processing and fulfilling orders efficiently. However, we ask for your patience as we prepare your purchase for shipment.

Processing Times:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. This includes payment verification, inventory checks, and order preparation.
  • During high-volume periods, such as holidays or promotional events, processing times may extend by an additional 1–2 business days.

Fulfillment Times:

  • After processing, orders are fulfilled (packaged and prepared for shipping) within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Times:

  • Once fulfilled, orders are shipped based on the selected shipping method at checkout. Delivery times will depend on the carrier and shipping option chosen.

Important Note:

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Tuesday – Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


NO REFUNDS POLICY

Please note that we do not honor or provide refunds for any reason under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with our policies, processes, or timelines. By placing an order with us, you fully agree to this policy.

Shipping Delays:

While we strive to process and ship all orders promptly, delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other unforeseen circumstances. These delays do not warrant refunds or cancellations.

Responsibility After Shipment:

Once your order has left our facility, we are not responsible for shipping delays, damages, or lost packages. We strongly encourage purchasing shipping insurance at checkout to protect your order.

We will notify you via email when your order has been processed, fulfilled, and shipped. Tracking information will be provided if available.
