They all maintained a stable weight for 3 months before the start of the study and were not obese, pregnant, breastfeeding or with a chronic disease. The protocol included 6 sessions,
once every 2 weeks.

3 measurements were recorded including waist circumference, weight and BMI. These measurements were taken at 3 different times; before the session, immediately after the session and 30 days post-treatment.
