SMS Terms & Conditions

Terms for optional text messages from Body Sculpt 360° Aesthetics.

Effective October 22, 2026

1. Messaging program

Body Sculpt 360 at The District, operating as Body Sculpt 360° Aesthetics (“Body Sculpt 360°”), offers optional SMS communications through (949) 203-7851. Messages will be sent only for categories to which you have consented, once SMS delivery is activated.

2. Appointment and customer-service program

This program may include appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, cancellations, information necessary for an appointment, service follow-ups, and replies to client questions. Signing up for this program does not sign you up for marketing.

3. Separate marketing program

Promotional offers, seasonal specials, discounts, and service announcements require a separate, affirmative marketing opt-in. Consent to marketing is not required to buy services or book an appointment.

4. How to consent

You may voluntarily opt in using the corresponding public appointment or marketing consent form, each with its own unchecked checkbox. When offered, other consent channels must be documented separately. Providing a phone number by itself is not consent.

5. Frequency and rates

Message frequency varies according to your appointments, communications, and, if separately selected, occasional marketing offers. Message and data rates may apply. Check your wireless plan. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. STOP and HELP

Reply STOP to (949) 203-7851 to opt out after messaging is activated. Reply HELP for help, or use our website Contact page. Following STOP, a final opt-out confirmation may be sent. To join again, you must provide new consent.

7. Appointment and cancellation policies

These SMS terms do not replace any service-specific booking, cancellation, deposit, refund, or no-show policy disclosed to you when scheduling. Text messages do not automatically change an appointment; please wait for confirmation from the business.

8. Privacy and support

These programs are independent. You can decline promotional texts and continue to receive appointment texts if you separately opted into them.
