   • Threats: Direct or implied threats of harm to staff, clients, or property are strictly prohibited.

2. Immediate Action:

   • Any behavior falling under this policy will result in immediate termination of the client’s session or appointment.
   • The client will be asked to leave the premises immediately.

3. Legal Recourse:

   • We reserve the right to notify law enforcement immediately for any behavior that jeopardizes the safety of our staff or clients.
   • Our legal team will pursue action to the fullest extent of the law, including but not limited to criminal charges, civil lawsuits, and claims for damages.

4. Permanent Ban:

   • Clients who engage in abusive or threatening behavior will be permanently banned from all Body Sculpt 360° locations and services.
