Each location has its own owner, management, scheduling, service menu, inventory and applicable transaction documents. The website describes treatments available within the wider brand, not treatments necessarily offered by every location.

3. Services, consultation and suitability

Non-surgical aesthetic, body-sculpting, skin, facial, red-light, wellness and related services vary by provider and location. Consultation, screening and written consent may be necessary before treatment. Website descriptions are informational and do not guarantee that a specific client is eligible or that a location offers the described procedure.

4. Wellness products and retailer relationship

Body Sculpt 360° is an authorized reseller and retailer of the separate 63-Day Wellness weight-loss brand. 5. Eligibility

By purchasing a product, entering an agreement or using an age-restricted service, you represent that you have the legal authority to do so and satisfy any eligibility requirements identified in the offering. Certain wellness resources are intended for adults 18 and older.

6. Purchases and acceptance

By placing an order, you confirm that the information and payment method provided are accurate and that you have reviewed descriptions, fees, shipping terms and return restrictions. Submission may be subject to verification and seller acceptance. The actual merchant may cancel an order when necessary to address suspected fraud, unavailable inventory or pricing errors consistent with law.

7. Prices, taxes and promotions

10. FINAL SALES — NO REFUNDS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO VOLUNTARY REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDITS ARE OFFERED ON COMPLETED BODY SCULPT 360° RETAIL PURCHASES. This applies to unused purchases and to changes of mind. 11. No cancellations or modifications

After an order is submitted, customers cannot assume they may cancel it or change the item, quantity, address or selected service. Any approved modification must come from the selling business, and the seller may be unable to alter an order already in processing. Mandatory cancellation rights, where applicable, remain unaffected.

12. Fulfillment and shipping

Processing and shipping timelines are separate. Tracking, carrier custody, transit delays, incomplete addresses, lost shipments, refused deliveries, incorrect orders, and damage are governed by Shipping & Refund Policy and the applicable transaction terms. Delivery estimates are not promises of guaranteed arrival unless expressly identified as guaranteed.

13. Damaged or incorrect goods

A purchaser who believes the wrong item was shipped or goods arrived damaged should contact the responsible merchant promptly and retain the product and packaging with photographs and tracking information. The seller will review the issue under the applicable agreement and law.
